About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Owner with experience in API development and AWS Lex to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading and driving the development of our products, ensuring they meet both business and customer needs. You will work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product lifecycle from concept through to launch.

If you have a strong background in API products, conversational AI (AWS Lex), and a proven ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions, we would love to have you on board.
10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical environment, particularly with API-based products and/or AWS Lex

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Product Management Expertise: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

  • API Product Management: Hands-on experience in managing the development and lifecycle of APIs. Understanding of API architecture, design, documentation, and best practices.

  • AWS Lex Experience: Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly with AWS Lex, including creating and deploying chatbots, defining intents, and building conversational flows.

  • Technical Understanding: Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Customer-Focused: Strong focus on understanding customer pain points and translating them into actionable product requirements. Ability to define and prioritize features that solve real-world problems.

  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments, including managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and iterating on product features.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, detailed user stories, and technical documentation.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product success.
